I had purchased 10 days global pass for travelling in early June. However based on my current itinerary, I will not need 10 days pass and want to exchange and reduced to 5 or 7 days pass. I understand for exchange there is nominal fees of EUR15. but i do not find link or process on how can i proceed with this exchange. Can someone guide on it. Also I presume after deducting EUR15, i would be able to get full refund for day difference right?

You must buy the new pass first and the follow the instructions for making an exchange of passes.
