Exchange/refund

Hi! I bought a global pass for 7 travel days in 1 month but later realized I only needed 5 days. I bought the second one and requested the exchange (refund of the first one). The confirmation email stated I would hear back in 48 hrs. I didn’t hear from them and for the past week I’ve emailed several times and even chatted and messaged through Facebook.  I don’t know how else to contact them. Both passes are unused and not yet activated. I purchased the plus feature to make them 100% refundable. Requesting refund for the original 7 day global pass EU30412802. Would like to keep the 5 day pass. Please help. Maria
