I have sent an exchange request twice to customer service but have not received a response so I now have both a Global Pass and France pass. Will Customer service do the exchange as requested? First request was over a week ago. We travel in a couple of days and I don’t want the time to expire and not get the return.

I submitted my exchange request on May 8th and received the refund on May 25th. Have some more patience, I’d say.
