I bought a 15 day Interrail Global Pass with unlimited rides. Unfortunately, I made a mistake when entering the time period of my trip when creating my passport in the app and only entered a period of 14 days. Now it is also displayed to me that my ticket would expire after 14 days. How can I set the period and thus the validity of my ticket to 15 days?

Has the validity period already started? If not, you can deactivate the pass in My Pass: tap on the 3 dots at the top right.

If the validity has already started, then contact customer service here:

When activating a pass, you can only choose a start date. If you bought a 15-day pass, it should of course be 15 days. But it's best not to activate until your first travel day.
