I booked DB first class seats using my Second class pass as website have both options while booking. should i rebook, can i get a refund on the first class reservation?

The website will let you reserve any seat you want, but it assumes you have the correct ticket. You can’t travel in first class with a second class pass/ ticket
It can’t be cancelled, as far as I know.
