Yes BRB is included. You can find a PDF on that page under Private companies : https://www.interrail.eu/en/plan-your-trip/tips-and-tricks/trains-europe/trains-country/trains-germany
Rail Planner should be able to give you that info but sometimes it's inaccurate. It tells you if the train is within the pass network.
