I have bought an interrail UK 4 days

I thought I could use it from Paris inbound/outbound but I get a message saying that my pass is not valid on the Paris to London eurostar start

Can I use from/to Paris or should I exchange it with an global pass 4 days ?

The one country pass does not cover the eurostar. If you bought your pass less then 7 days ago, you can still get a full refund.

Also keep in mind the eurostar has a limited amount of reservations for people with an interrail pass. (the reservations often sell out for people with interrail because of that quota, so if you are travelling soon make sure there are still interrail reservations for your planned date available)

Seat reservations for the eurostar cost 30€ in second class on that route.

One country passes only cover one specific country. You cannot start you journey outside the UK.

As far as I know only Germany has a few exceptions for some cross-border traffic.

You can go for a refund, or check normal prices. Eurostar snap might be an option too, to combine with a One country pass. Your turn to compare prices!
