Any posibility without going to Oslo? Use only one day of travel.

Check www.vy.no for Tønsberg - Oslo, then sj.se or DB for Oslo - Stockholm. SJ also shows alternatives with bus (Interrail not valid) but I don't see how you can exclude busses.
