Can I check if the German Rail Pass can be used to take the trains from Innsbruck to Munich?

You can use only DB-ÖBB Eurocity on this route in Austria. From Kufstein the border to Germany all trains in Germany.

These are the 2-hourly trains that come from Italy-and are in hi-season thus often very full on arrival Note that for trips IN Tirol, as I assume you may stay there for some days, is a quite cheap local pass, also for bus/tram (not those going up the mountains-cablecars) for around 45€ for 7 days, you could also use that till Kufstein on the many local trains.
