Hi! For people who have travelled before with Eurail and have had issues. Have you been able to go directly to the local station of the country you’re in and get help with your passes? I had an issue on the way to Paris but the Eurail customer service is very backed up as you may know. I’m hoping the train workers can help out with my problem. If someone can respond with any information within the next few hours or tomorrow that would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.

It really depends from Country to Country and how popular the Route or City is by Eurailers/Interrailers
In Austria i met a new conductor that had no clue about the Railpasses Luckily there was a second more experienced Conductor on the train and for me as European Rail employee it was easier to convince her
In General you always find help (Rail Staff, other travelers ) there are few Eurail Aid Offices across Europe that have a bit more experience about Interrail and Eurail Eurail Aid Offices
