Greek Island pass not working for Crete

Hi there,

I am trying to book my seats from Crete to Piraeus on September 10 but Hellenic Highway's and Blue Star's websites do not have the option to select the Greek Pass on the discount section when choosing that route (Heraklion-Piraeus). Even though, the Greek Pass guidance and Hellenic Highway's and Blue Star's websites say that Crete is included within the Greek Pass.

Has someone else experienced this and learned how to resolve the issue and get the tickets within your Greek Pass allowance?
