JUst saw it-curious as I am to any blogs/sites not seen before. and it seems its hopeless OUT OF DATE, still mentions nighttrains in ESpana and other links that have disappeared since before corona.
There are 100s of blogs/reviews/reports about young people anxious to discover unknown places-in german many, many more as /en/. Hardly ever do they bring something new.
There are also sites like raildude and rail.cc (original deutsch) that offer more tips. Europetrainsguide.com used to be good -esp for East-0EUR but hardly sees any visitors since corona.
Many of these are in fact hidden sales channels-the owners hope to make some money in commission to people who buy their passes etc from them-this used to be THE main method for EUrail passes to US-college students i times of when it all was papaer-and very daunting for most of such visitors
