You should be able to book both of these through the Interrail reservations service. The trains are not showing up in search results at the moment, so I guess there’s some problems with the database.

Don't go Basel to Paris, go Basel to Mulhouse without reservation and the board the TGV in Mulhouse. That will save you a lot of money and the domestic French TGV can be booked through the link above provided by
