Hi there! I’m having a bit of a hard time figuring out the Eurail pass!

I have an account, purchased a 5-day pass, created a trip, and am now trying to reserve seats for the train. However, it says the tickets are sold out on eurail and it’s directing me to b-europe, which has seats but doesn’t allow us to book without a pass cover number (which I don’t think exists for mobile pass holders). Any ideas on how to book seat reservations and be able to chose seats? Is there a way to get a cover number for myself and my two travel companions?
