With the help of fellow Eurail community members, I was able to purchase seat reservation for May 11 CDG to Strasbourg. I couldn’t find Eurail France pass 2nd class, so I chose Eurail Global Pass 2nd class and bought 3 seat reservations.
Help Rail Europe replied with the following:
Please note that you have a single country pass, due to which you won't be able to book the seat reservation on our website, as we do not have the option to add a single country pass currently on our website.
Is it true that I can’t purchase seat reservation from Rail Europe with my Eurail France pass 2nd class?
Does anyone know how refund works with Rail Europe? [I’ve since found the cancellation option inside the app and have requested that.]
Please help!
