HELP - Cover number is not accepted - paper pass

When I want to add a traveller to my trip (to book my seat reservations), it keeps giving the message ‘Your Pass cover number doesn't look right’.

  • I’ve already tried the different issuers (with the same CIV number) 

I need to book my reservations since I am leaving soon. If someone knows what I am doing wrong, please help! :)
