Hello everyone!
I need to go to Germany in the next day and I just found out my Germany pass could not be valid… I thought that would be the right one, since I’m going from home to Hamburg/Bremen… But looks like Trains from Slovenia are not valid for this pass?
Do I have to buy another one? It is very urgent… THe departure is on Thursday! Please, someone help!

A German one country pass is not valid in Slovenia, it is only valid in Germany and on two exceptions:

  • on ICE International trains to Liège and Brussels
  • on DB-OeBB EuroCity trains (currently Railjets) to Kufstein, Innsbruck, Bolzano/Bozen, Trento, Verona, Bologna, Venice.

You either need tickets for the journey to Germany, e.g. to Salzburg (the German pass is valid from Salzburg), or do an exchange of your pass for a global pass.
