My pass is until Oct 29, and I just booked my last train on Oct 29 and it’s Night Jet so it will arrive onOct 30.
Should I book again?

You need to complete all travel within the validity of your pass.
So arriving on the 30th is no good I’m afraid.
You can't travel with a Nightjet departing on the 29th of October as the validity of your pass ends at 23.59 CET that day. You can't stay on the Nightjet after midnight as you then have no valid ticket.
