I am searching for high speed options on 9 July from Rome to Verona Porta Nuova.  Have they not been published yet?

They have been published. There's a short section with bus replacement in Firenze.

Originally, I found a train on Trainline departing at 10:50 from Roma Termini direct to Verona Porta Nueva arriving at 2:08 pm.  I reserved it with protection, thinking when Eurail published its high-speed trains I could reserve seats there and cancel the Trainline reservation.  Now I still do not see anything available on Eurail for the HIGH-SPEED trains matching the schedule I have already reserved on Trainline.  My concern is whether my Trainline reservation will be good or why Eurail is not showing the route I have already reserved elsewhere?

If you’ve bought something on Trainline, then you’ve bought a full ticket. They don’t sell standalone reservations.

The ticket will be valid; they might or might not inform you about the new timings.

There is no direct 1050 unfortunately, if there ever was. You can always check the definitive times on the operator’s website: Trenitalia.com. Everything else - Trainline, Eurail, other ticketing agencies, will update their timetable from Trenitalia.

There's no point in booking a ticket first and then booking a reservation and cancelling the ticket.

Once you can book a regular ticket, pass reservations are also available. If not on the Eurail website, then surely elsewhere, see this page:

The timetable has been published on the Trenitalia website, so it's your choice what you do now.
