How can i get the ticket back?

I booked a train ticket through eurail, and the printed ticket was supposed to be delivered.

However when it's delivered, I wasn't at home so I couldn't receive it and now PostNL is sending the ticket back to the sender.

They told me to contact the sender and ask the sender to resend the package, but I cannot find the contact of this company.

What should I do?

The sender is Eurail so you need to get in touch with Customer Support. Use the form below to contact them.
