I activated my pass and want to deactivate it to get a refund but I’m unable to do same online.

View originalYou can only deactivate your pass in the app, in My Pass. For continuous passes, there's a button "Deactivate pass”; for flexipasses, you need to cancel all travel days you may have activated: select the travel day and tap on "Cancel travel day”.
