I activated my pass and want to deactivate it to get a refund but I’m unable to do same online.
Does anyone know how to do it?

You can only deactivate your pass in the app, in My Pass. For continuous passes, there's a button "Deactivate pass”; for flexipasses, you need to cancel all travel days you may have activated: select the travel day and tap on "Cancel travel day”.
