How do I go to my trip and tap the journey to add it to my pass

I’ve got my itinerary listed on My Trip but nothing on My

Pass.   The instructions say go to My Trip and tap to add the journey to my pass.

Can anyone tell me tap what?

OK thats done.  Just to be clear when I activate at that point does that trigger the arrival of the QR ticket?

After activating the pass, you'll see a grey switch for each journey in My Trip. You can tap on it to add a journey to your pass. And then, you'll have a button "Show ticket” in My Pass to show the QR code.

Have you connected the Trip to your Pass?

That’s precisely what I’ve been unable to do

What does the error message say? Can you post a screenshot?

You wrote that the problem was to connect a Journey to the Pass, not to connect a Trip to the Pass.

You can't connect a Journey to the Pass unless you have a Trip connected to the Pass.

Sorry its so confusing yes I want to connect a trip to the pass but maybe I can’t do this till Day 1 of the activated time period?  (Thanks for your time by the way)

1) Have you create a Trip?

2) Have you connected the Trip to your Pass

Yes but its  entitled Frankfurt Aug 25 but its described as “Now travelling” not as “Not connected to a mobile pass”.

I have activated the pass for 20th August which is the first travel day.  Should I now deactivate that date?

Should I activate it just before the first journey on that date?

Is there any way to get the QR coded ticket in advance of the first travel date or does something happen on the first travel day to enable me to get the QR coded ticket?

To explain I am new to the system and anxious about finding myself travelling on day 1 without the QR coded ticket!

You shouldn't activate the pass in advance in case something happens so that you can't depart. Deactivate the pass now and activate it again just before boarding the first train (you must have internet access to activate the pass).

You can only have 1 trip connected to your pass, all of your journeys must be added to this trip.
