How do you enter letters for your passport number?

Like the title says. My passport number is two letters followed by six numerals, but the mobile pass only allows me to enter one letter. What do I do? I don’t want to be kicked off the train because it doesn’t match up.

I have 4 letters in my passport number and that hasn't been a problem until now.

In which screen are you? In step 1/3 you need to add the pass number (not: passport number), which should have been provided via email. Only in step 3/3, you need to provide your passport (or ID) number.

I was on step 3. I able to put the whole number in by holding down the second letter until character options came up, then chose from there. But I don’t know how it would work if the second letter didn’t have those options. This was all on Android, btw.

I'm not sure what you mean… I also have Android but entering my passport number (which starts with 3 letters) was never a problem. Maybe a screenshot of the problem would have been clearer.
