We bought a Global Pass ORDER EU30624577 Placed on 16-05-2022 but couldn’t get a reservation on the train London to Paris so we only needed a one country pass. We followed the instructions and bought a second pass .. one country France ORDER EU30625244 Placed on 17-05-2022. We then asked customer service to refund the Global Pass as directed on the web site. We are already back from our trip but no refund on the Global Pass. Anyone know how long this should take or if we should be contacting Eurail another way?

What is rather obvious: serious staff shortage, not hardly be able to serve people in current problems and then these things come at the very end of it all.
Have had the same experience as Susan. We bought two 1st class One Country France passes on 06/25. It was not possible to make reservations on almost any combination of trains. Completely unnerved, I then returned the (unused passes) at the end of June and asked again by mail for a refund. On the Interrail page, the order is still listed as not canceled ! No reaction from support.
Probably I can write off the money - fraud !
