We purchased a 5 day Eurail pass in February 2024 . We have to cancel our March trip due to my broken foot. How long will our pass be valid? We are postponing our travels until October 2024.

Normally, the latest possible start date for a mobile pass is 11 months after purchase. It is also mentioned in the confirmation mail you received.
