How long is the refund period for the paper pass?

I will be retrun to Korea on October 9th.So when do you usually get the refund fee into my bank account?

It is currently taking longer than usual to process paper pass refunds, but this should not take longer than a month after we have received your pass at our office. You can find a full overview of our refund/exchange policy and process here.

    I really don’t how long time it takes to get the money back.

    Have you returned the paper pass to the address that you got from Customer Support in the pass exchange process?
