Hi!

I sent a pass exchange request through the official form over a month ago and I still haven't recieved a response. I got the confirmation that they have recieved my request but nothing more. As you can imagine, I'm growing very tired of waiting to get some of my money back (or have a response that says it's not possible).

I'm new to interrail, so my question is whether or not someone else has had the same experience lately? I understand that the customer support is busy right now, but is it normal to have to wait for over a month?

I'm afraid that waiting times are long for non-urgent requests.
