we are a small family of two adults and a 2 year old child, we would like to buy global passes and include a free child pass to be sure we can reserve a seat for our child on the high speed lines. But on the site, I can't select or enter the nomber of child pass after take our adult passes. Anyone have the solution ?

You can't add a child yourself. Maybe support can do that:

Are you sure that you added your son's personal information when you ordered the passes? What does the information in your confirmation email say? What does the information in your Interrail/Eurail account say?
There was another family recently with the same problem and they hade to make an exchange of passes and buy a new adult pass with a children's pass added.
