How to add multiple passes to Rail Planner app?

Hi travelers, 

I need help with the HOW of adding multiple passes to the app on one device. 

 

Here’s what I’ve got so far: I am traveling with my family--two adults, one child--and have purchased Eurail Global passes. I’ve downloaded the app, added MY pass, and linked it to a trip. 

 

I can see in FAQs that I am *able* to add multiple passes to one device. However, I cannot figure out HOW to do this. Where do I go in the app to add the passes for my partner and child?

Go to the My Pass tab and press the + button at the bottom of the screen.

I promise I tried that 10 times already, but now it’s actually showing a place to add a new pass. Thank you!
