Hi all, I’m travelling with my family of 5 and can not get my pass and those of my wife and kids to appear on the app. It bounces me back and forth but ultimately unsuccessfully.
how can we get on a train without the app or get the app to appear.
there is no phone number to ring and the chat bot is down. I submitted a query but will be waiting on a reply to that.
