how to bring my pass up on the app

Hi all, I’m travelling with my family of 5 and can not get my pass and those of my wife and kids to appear on the app. It bounces me back and forth but ultimately unsuccessfully. 
how can we get on a train without the app or get the app to appear. 
there is no phone number to ring and the chat bot is down. I submitted a query but will be waiting on a reply to that.

Maybe describe your setup as well.  Do you have (or want to have) 1 phone, with 1 app, and 5 different passes loaded on the single phone?  Or is it several phones, each with their own app and each with their own pass?  Your description sounds like the first option above.

Are you stuck at the stage where it is trying to send you an email with a confirmation code, or what specifically is failing?
