Hello I have read that Lauterbrunnen to Wengen is included in the eurail global pass, but when I look on the rail planner app every option is listed as not in network.
I read some questions asked earlier where it’s mentioned it’s a bug on the eurail app. I want to know what should we do in this case. I think we have to add a trip to our journey and then create a ticket for that. I want to know how can i do this for Lauterbrunnen to Wengen route.

Hello, you can add the train manualy.
When you scroll to the end, then there is a button You can't find your trip? Add it manually.
You need to add all informations manually and then the trip will showned
