Hi I bought a 4 day pass, but now realise I need 5 travel days. I bought plus with my pass so I could refund. How can I get this refund? Im leaving on thursday so thought I would buy a new pass and refund the 4 day one. Does this seem sensible?? thanks! xx

You should be able to do that from your account. Check this page:

What is important is that your 4 day pass is deactivated. You can never refund or make an exchange of an active pass.
