How to open gate using Mobile Pass?

I tried everything but I couldn't scan the QR code. Any help would be much appreciated

Hi, you should be able to scan the QR code to open gates at the station. If you can't, always go to the nearest staff member as they will assist you. Which destination did you try to open the gates?

    I tried at Paris Nord and I tried to talk to staff members but they weren’t able to understand English
