We activated our pass for 9/8/2025 that’s good until 11/08/25, how come it’s not working for us? And the error is that the pass has been used?

And how to we reserve seats?

  4. Please note that the MM/DD/YY date format will create confusion outside the US.

In Europe the date 9/8/2025 means the 9th of August, but I guess that you mean the 8th of September.
