How to use credits in global plus plan

How can I actually use the credits? Are they visible in the planner app? I am starting to check tickets, and see no possibility that suggests I can use credits for making the reservations. Am I supposed to buy the reservations and then get refunded with credits? 

 

I feel this is not easily explained anywhere, and it seems like something directly relevant to all Global Plus Plan ticket customers.

Reservations cannot be made in the Rail Planner app, so I doubt the credits will be visible there. They should be visible on the Interrail website though, if you log in. And there you can use them.

Please ask questions in the community and not via a private message. That's the quickest way to get a response. I don't work for Eurail/Interrail.
