Hi travler , how can i continue use my pass after
the canceling the day of Travel to my country of residence on the same day becouse of illness ?
I still have 2 unused travel days but nothing works anymore!?

You should never activate a travel day in advance as you can't deactivate a travel day once the travel day has started.
