Hi, I bought my pass and my traveling companion’s pass at the same time. I can now attach my pass to the mobile app, but she can’t. What do we do?
She wants to be able to control her own tickets with her own pass.

You should've received 2 pass numbers in the confirmation email.
Each one of you adds its own pass number + last name.
At which step doesn't it work ?
Unfortunately, "She can’t” is very difficult to troubleshoot without more information.
If it doesn't work, then please post a screenshot of any error that appears or of the screen where she gets stuck.
