By mistake I ordered the wrong (paper) passes, so I decided to return the passes. On the website I confirmed the returning of the passes for a refund and I got an adress to return the passes to. There was a return number there that I had to put on the envelope, but I didn't write it down immediately and now I can't find the number anymore. I didn't got an e-mail with a confirmation of the returning and the return number either.

Can anyone help me? I do have the adress so I could send it without the return number, but that feels a bit risky.

Thanks in advance!

I have exactly the same problem. Can anyone help?

@annie.papadopoulou @Claudi.

Can you look at this on Monday please?

Thanks for flagging @AnnaB! If you do have the address, you can go ahead and send back your passes to our office. There is enough identifying information for our team to process a refund regardless. It might be useful if you give our customer service team a heads up by emailing customerservice@interrail.eu or customerservice@eurail.com so that we can make an internal note of your refund request.
