No Night Sleeper train is running from Rome to Geneva. You will find a reservations guide here:

You can take day trains from Rome to Milan and from Milan to Geneva. Depending on your travel date, the line between Milan and Geneva may be closed due to engineering works.

There is a night train from Rome to Milan. But since you'll have to change in Milan, that will use 2 travel days.

If booking doesn't work for you, then the minimum information needed is route, date and departure time, so people can check what's happening.

In addition, I'm not sure what "ONU” is.
