I cannot activate my EU global pass.

I already sent the email to customer service many times but no one answer me.

Please check if you are using the gregorian calendar.

Sawasdee khrap, khun Hatai. We have seen many such reports from Thai people about this recently-and indeed it seems that IF you have the Thai buddist calender on fone, it will not work-have to set to western style calender/dates. Choke dee duay  Pai nay tee rot fay?
