I bought a global pass and we have changed our plans and will no longer be taking train travel between countries. I wanted to get them refunded but I’m not able to have the option to refund them on the app or the desktop website. I’ve tried to activate the password on mobile app but it won’t let me enter passport number. I’m running out of ideas to show my pass on my account so I can get it refunded. Please help!!
