i cant see the pass i bought on my account and need to get it refunded

I bought a global pass and we have changed our plans and will no longer be taking train travel between countries. I wanted to get them refunded but I’m not able to have the option to refund them on the app or the desktop website. I’ve tried to activate the password on mobile app but it won’t let me enter passport number. I’m running out of ideas to show my pass on my account so I can get it refunded. Please help!!

You should not activate your pass in the app if you want a refund. Activated passes are not refunded.

Have you checked in the conditions for your passes that the passes are refundable? You find the conditions on the invoice and on your Interrail/Eurail account.
