I have a continuous pass but no more travel day


Hello 

I bought a continuous pass for two months but the app tell me that I don't have travel days left. My pass already began but I can't use it!

Go to My Pass. What is the validity period mentioned?

Have you activated the pass? In that case, what start date did you choose?

Can you post a screen shot of "My Trip"? Remove all personal information.

I started the pass the 6th of jully and I sent an email but didn't get any answer in a week

You have 61 days left, so that looks OK. Could you please post a screenshot of My Pass? (Wipe out personal information.)

That looks OK. So when does the app tell you that you have no travel days left? Could you post a screenshot?
