No, when you ordered the pass there was an option to choose between a mobile pass or a paper pass. If you have the mobile pass you can't have the paper one.

That depends. You need to check what is included/not included for the journey you are planning to make.
There is a list on the Interrail/Eurail site with information per country on included trains/busses/ferries.
If you have questions about specific countries or routes you can post a new question in the community and hopefully you will get good advice.
