No. There are very few trains likely to be running in England and Wales on 26 December and none on any route needed to make that journey.
If you really need to travel London - Liverpool on that day then both National Express https://www.nationalexpress.com/en and Megabus https://uk.megabus.com/ have bus services with spaces available.

Please never plan with the rail planner app or the Eurail website. They're not reliable and not up to date.
For Great Britain, use nationalrail.co.uk; you'll see tht there are no trains on 26 December.
If you activated a travel day for 26 December, then cancel it. Never activate a travel day in advance.
Now trying to get a refund from my eurail global pass. Have book for 6/7 trips. Now request for the remaining trip.
