I just booked reservation tickets online via Interrail, but the tickets do not appear in the mobile app. How do I connect the two please?

Hi I have just booked some reservation tickets online via the Interrail website, using my 2 Interrail passes. However, the tickets have not appeared on my mobile app? How do I connect the two please? Thank you

You mean you have booked reservations? (Your Interrail is your ticket.)

Hi Mark, the reservations are not meant to be connected to the app. Your Pass (if you have a mobile pass) is on your phone. Your reservations (either paper or e-tickets) can be shown separately when the train staff asks for it.
