I lost travel day

I travel with friends and we are in Italy, we arrived today and try to catch a train, but we didn’t manage to catch it. But while we were at the airport we activated our passes with today’s date and now we have a minus one travel day and are without any train. Is it possible to get our travel day back?

Only by contacting the Customer Service i recommend to wait with the Day activation till the last moment as something can ever happen
