i need help with the tickets purchases in machines

Hi

I have the global pass second class and the app indicated that the ticket was for free but, in the ticket machine, even after i used the eurail discount, the price was about 15 euros. I payed a lot for the 3 months ticket so i dont want to pay more.

 

I wish you could help me guys

you have nothing todo in with the ticket machines as the pass is your ticket :) Just fill the travel diary and enjoy the ride as both trains are reservation free :)

    I´ am not working for Eurail or Interrail i just share my knowledge here. Please ask in the Community and not via private message as this is the fastest way to get an answer. I prefer English/German/ Czech for my answers. In case of Reservationquestions please share some details like Route, Date, Trainnumber as otherwise we can just provide general advices or answers

    @seewulf is correct. reservation is not even possible on this route.

    Please ask questions in the community and not via a private message. That's the quickest way to get a response. I don't work for Eurail/Interrail.
