I need to get Country of residence in my pass changed


Hi to everybody,

it seems a common problem at the moment, but there must be a way to get any help from the support?

I need to get the address in my pass changed, traveling tomorrow night..

Have you filled in this form to Customer Support?

https://eurail.zendesk.com/hc/en-001/requests/new

 Clearly write that you are travelling tomorrow  and that you need Customer Support to change your country of residence before that, to get the correct country of residence as you have moved. Include your mobile pass number. 

Then also make sure that your mobile pass is deactivated. Customer Support can't make changes to active passes.

The address is not relevant for a mobile pass.

to explain: I know that it’s not problem to travel anyway, I more concerned about the in-/outbound journeys..
