How do you mean that you need the address in the pass changed?
I need the address to be changed into our new one, since we moved..
Have you ordered a paper pass?
The address is not relevant for a mobile pass.
it's a mobile pass.. the problem is, that we moved to another country..
Do you have a proof of residency in the new country?
yes, sure
to explain: I know that it’s not problem to travel anyway, I more concerned about the in-/outbound journeys..

Clearly write that you are travelling tomorrow and that you need Customer Support to change your country of residence before that, to get the correct country of residence as you have moved. Include your mobile pass number.
Then also make sure that your mobile pass is deactivated. Customer Support can't make changes to active passes.
